The Esther Project is a community-led organisation empowering women facing some of life’s toughest challenges — including domestic abuse, poor mental health, addiction, homelessness, and involvement with the criminal justice system. We provide safe, supported housing, trauma-informed care, and a welcoming women’s hub where recovery, skills building, and peer support can flourish. Through creative activities, mentoring, practical help, and opportunities to rebuild confidence and independence, we help women move from crisis to stability and hope for the future.

We provide supported accommodation, general counselling and advice including peer support. We support with physical and mental health issues, addiction, family support, volunteering opportunities and access to education, training and employment.

The Feel Good Bakery is a sandwich business and social enterprise set up by Regenerate that promotes social and economic development in Wandsworth by employing young adults who are unemployed and may be at risk of crime or affected by gang culture. Each sandwich sold feeds a child in a developing country. To date 50% of employees have been ex offenders.

Footprints reduces the risk of reoffending by those leaving custody and returning to Dorset, S Somerset and Hampshire by offering a through the gate mentoring service. We also work with those serving a sentence in the community.

Our Life works programme run in partnership with Parkstone United Reform Church in Poole offers voluntary opportunities for clients to do painting and decorating in community buildings, gaining skills and raising their levels of confidence and self esteem.

We work with rough sleepers, those in unsafe or hidden accommodation. We support homeless women and sex workers as well as young people involved in criminal activity and exploitation.
We provide daily support, interventions, advocacy and facilitate a multi agency health hub for those in and out of custody.

The Growth Company has been offering current offenders and ex-offenders under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice and National Probation Service the support necessary to live a healthy life and reduce reoffending.

Our aim has always been to support rehabilitation and to improve the lives and prospects of the individuals themselves, as well as their families and the communities that they live in.

The Hampton Trust was originally established in 1996 in response to Hampshire Probation seeking interventions for domestic abuse perpetrators. For 10 years the Trust delivered perpetrator programmes to men court mandated to attend. Since 2006 the Trust has developed a community based perpetrator programme called ADAPT which has since received RESPECT accreditation status. We now have an extensive domestic abuse division which includes community based work, work in Winchester Prison and a secure unit work as well as writing and delivering a pilot programme for Hampshire Constabulary. We work across the age spectrum to empower people against violence, abuse, conflict and social isolation while playing an active role in regional and national strategic forums. Our LINX programme aimed at young people who have lived with domestic abuse and are in the criminal justice system has received two national awards.

The Harbour Centre (Plymouth) leads and manages the integrated community drug and alcohol recovery services in Plymouth. The agency 'Harbour' is a provider partnership that includes Plymouth Community Healthcare CIC, Hamoaze House, Shekinah, and Broadreach with The Harbour Centre (Plymouth) as the lead agency.
Harbour provides substance misuse recovery treatment services in the community. This include case management, needle exchange, advice, education, metal health support, prescribing and psychosocial interventions. In addition Harbour provides access to Education, Training, Employment and Accommodation support services through partner agencies.
Harbour hosts and supports the Police and Probation prolofic offender service (TurnAround) providing DRR, DIP and other treatment interventions within the TurnAround partnership.
Harbour is also commissioned by the PCC Young People Services to provide a substance misuse service (known as SHARP) for young people.

The Hardman Trust’s services are for men and women serving long sentences across England, Scotland and Wales. We offer financial support in the form of wellbeing and resettlement grants, signposting support in our publications: The Hardman Directory (now also online as a digital resource) and How To Guide, and letter writing support through Penfriends. We are also piloting a London Support Project for men and women returning to London after serving long sentences.

The Haven Wolverhampton provides emergency accommodation and other support services for women and children escaping domestic violence and homelessness. It has six units of accommodation and support services for ex-offenders who are homeless (women only). Referrals can be taken from outside of the Wolverhampton area.

Creating a safe fun space by leading teams through a series of exercises to work through challenges, solve problems in addition to learning a set of skills through "Learning to Cook and Eat the Caribbean Way" - key outcomes are a focus on increased productivity, working relationships and improved sales.

The HealthBus Trusts main objectives are to preserve and protect the health of the homeless and rough sleepers in Bournemouth and the surrounding area.
The HealthBus provides a mobile health facility that travels to the areas of Bournemouth where people sleep rough, providing basic health care, a GP service and access to addiction and mental health support services. The service provision is designed to be appropriate and accessible, supporting people as they move away from rough sleeping. Our key to success and unique selling point, is that we take healthcare to people that are on the margins of society, disengaged and in many cases dehumanised by wider society. We provide hope and opportunity at the point of need.
We provide:
• Immediate GP services and treatment;
• Physical and mental health assessments, drug, alcohol and lifestyle advice, prescriptions, blood tests and immunisations.
• Referrals to other services
• Preventative healthcare
• Screening tests

We offer training and supported, paid employment to returning citizens and people who have been homeless and/or have complex needs. We carry out gardening and grounds maintenance services commercially for businesses and private homes, and we offer free gardening services to people who can no longer manage their gardens through, for example, lack of mobility by taking in a team of gardeners to renovate and simplify the garden. All our workforce are given support around any resettlements needs they may have and we work with two local training suppliers to provide accredited training in different aspects of gardening. Some of our employees stay with us long-term whilst others join for limited four-month placements and we then help them move on into permanent employment as they leave us.

We provide supported and supervised accommodation for 5 male ex offenders/homeless men, aged 21+. We employ 2 part-time staff and ex service user volunteers. We work with local agencies in respect of volunteering, training and employment for our residents. We can consider most ex offenders and will work with substance misusers where they are on a recognised programme of treatment. We provide both group and individual work for each resident. The house is run on a "family model" and the emphasis is on back to basics and building trust and self confidence. We hold high expectations of our residents and want to help them towards reaching their individual potential and moving on into the community, thus having limited, but important house rules.

The Howard League works for a safe society where fewer people are victims of crime. It believes that offenders must make amends for what they have done and change their lives. Our mission is to promote community interventions that make a person take responsibility and live a law-abiding life. The Howard League campaigns for less crime, safer communities and fewer people in prison.

The Irene Taylor Trust 'Music in Prisons' delivers creative music projects which focus on the creation of new and innovative music. Projects are accessible to everyone regardless of musical experience, and aim to raise the self-confidence and aspirations of men, women and young people in prisons and those in the community who may be at risk of coming into contact with the criminal justice system.
