Talk Club is a UK men’s mental health charity helping men improve their mental fitness and wellbeing.

We run peer-to-peer talking groups in prisons, creating safe spaces for men to talk openly, support one another and improve their mental wellbeing. Through these groups, we aim to reduce isolation, encourage honest conversations and promote positive mental fitness.

We provide free, independent debt advice, energy advice and financial education. A registered charity, we are dedicated to helping people out of financial hardship and on with their lives.

Tap Social Movement is an Oxford-based craft brewery and community space set up to train and employ people currently serving or recently released from prison sentences.

Target Housing Ltd is a well-established and highly-regarded provider of accommodation, with appropriate support for offenders, ex-offenders and those at risk of offending. Target provides services such as high-intensity support services for high-risk offenders and female offenders with mental health needs; mentoring; and core supported-housing services.

Our main aim is to offer support and guidance to ex-offenders who would otherwise feel isolated.Stepping Out will help with the many issues they encounter and give them a realistic path back to employment. If a individual needs any funding we will look at organisations that could provide this and give any support that would be required.

Tell me a Tale facilitates 'Act on Employment' in prisons. This is a short course focusing on getting employment after prison.

Our vision is for strong, connected communities where everyone’s time is valued. We want to work with more communities across the UK – enabling more people to contribute to their local community, and be recognised for the time that they give.

To achieve this, we use Time Credits to engage new people in communities and in shaping local services, improving health and wellbeing for all.

Time Credits are a time-based currency that incentivises people to volunteer. People earn Time Credits when they give their time and spend them on a wide range of activities they choose.

Tempus Novo challenges conventional methods of rehabilitation by matching offenders willing to change to businesses who are looking for hard working and loyal employees. Managed by prison officers who have a thorough understanding of both the criminal justice system and business we are able to find sustainable employment, and support the offender for up to 12 months beyond the prison gate.
Our ability to risk assess offenders using detailed information means we take the headache out of recruitment for those businesses we engage with.

Tender is a charity that works to promote healthy relationships based on equality and respect. Using theatre and the arts, we engage young people in violence prevention, enabling them to recognise and avoid abuse and violence.
Tender was established in 2003, since then, we have worked with thousands of young people and professionals to educate them about positive relationships and creating supportive, abuse-free communities. We challenge attitudes which tolerate, condone and normalise violence and increase skills in safeguarding against unhealthy relationships.
We work in schools, youth centres, pupil referral units, offices and healthcare settings creating tailored projects which offer support and meet specific needs. Tender aims to engage, to challenge, to entertain and to provoke a fundamental reassessment of our tolerance to abuse.

TGP Cymru runs a range of advocacy and family support services across Wales working with young people and families. The Travelling Ahead project works specifically to support Gypsy, Traveller and Roma communities across Wales through advocacy and support and a specialist EUSS service for Roma families

The Uk has a clear problem when it comes to people from low income areas, also black and ethnic minorities leading to high offence/ prison sentences , high crime , low employment , violence and poor mental health. Our charity makes a big difference to peoples lives providing an extended family, fitness, new employment opportunities, mental toughness and a fighting spirit. Formally based at the Day Lewis House in Thornton Heath and now in Gloucester Road Croydon, the Thai Boxing Community Centre (TBCC) has been a cornerstone of the local community for over 10 years, helping our members to develop their fitness, mental and personal wellbeing, whilst instilling disciple within themselves and respect for others through the practice of Muay Thai. Since 2009 we have been reaching out to the local community through a number of projects which have all been successful.

Thames Reach has a track record in working with people with current and past history of offending. Our work with vulnerable adults offers support and solutions to people at risk of homelessness, substance use, offending, poor mental and physical health, including:

• Staff and volunteers work directly with rough sleepers on the street. We provide emergency assistance and encourage movement into accommodation.

• Our hostels supply a safe, temporary place to stay for people who find themselves homeless and with multiple and complex problems, including successful initiatives such as Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE).

• Our supported housing projects provide accommodation with assistance for people with specialist needs, including offending, mental health and/or substance misuse problems.

• We support vulnerable people in their own rented accommodation, and provide pathways and response in accessing this type of accommodation, including the provision of accommodation

Thames Valley Partnership: "protecting victims, supporting offenders and their families". Thames Valley Partnership works in partnership with organisations operating within the Criminal Justice system and allied services to provide long-term solutions to the problems of crime and social exclusion. Our programmes include restorative justice, a range of support services for victims of crime, work in the area of domestic abuse, support for the families of offenders, early interventions to support young people, mentoring for offenders resettling back into the community.

We work with adults, young people and families who are facing disadvantage, isolation and who have lived an unsettled way of life, through CrossFit, therapeutic support , community activities, and an opportunity to explore Christian Faith.

We offer services in HMP Lancaster and at our HQ in the community. These services include crossfit (sport) group workouts, small group work, individual sessions and family events.

We offer opportunities to explore Faith in small groups or as individuals.

Our sessions are underpinned using a trauma informed approach and CBT principles.

THE 4FRONT PROJECT is on a mission to empower young people and build peace. We address violence by delivering specialist programmes that support personal development, legal empowerment and social action in community, educational and criminal justice settings.

THE 4FRONT PROJECT was set up in 2012 to provide a platform for young people who have been impacted by serious violence to create change! Our vision is for young people and communities to live free from violence. We support young people to create change in their own lives, in their communities and in our society.

PROVIDE a platform for authentic voices to be heard.
EMPOWER people to take control of their lives and positively impact their community.

We deliver the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) in the South of England: a free and independent service for people who wish to complain about the NHS services they have received. In prison you have the same right as someone not in prison to healthcare and treatment, and the same right to complain if something goes wrong. We accept referrals from other agencies working with offenders as well as referrals directly from prisoners or their families. Our advocates can arrange face-to-face meetings with prisoners should this be necessary.

The Arukah Project CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company that aims to raise awareness of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and trauma and how it impacts the lives of those who are in contact with the Justice System, Care experienced or have experienced addictions (alcohol, substance misuse). We have developed an emotional health and safety framework that includes education, sharing experience and practical learning of emotional freedom techniques (EFT). These highly effective self-help evidence-based tools act rapidly on the nervous system to support emotional regulation and we combine this the integration of trauma-informed practice.
We offer the following activities:
- group workshops for up to 12 people split over 2 days
- train-the-trainer group workshops of up to 10 per group
- peer-led interventions and training
- dedicated 1-to-1 interventions
- compassion fatigue/ resilient practitioner program for staff
- online and F2F community
- bereavement service

The Basement Advisory Centre provides a drop-in facillity for the homeless community in Liverpool city centre. Priority is given to rough sleepers and our service users can access our counsellors, advocacy, laundry, showering services as well as accessing our signposting and advice services.

Bedford CAB provides free, independent, confidential and
impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value
diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.
We aim to provide the advice people need for the problems they face.
To improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives and to give advice and support on a wide range of subjects; including money advice, debt and housing, welfare benefits, employment, consumer rights and issues, immigration, health, education, utilities, tax, community care, legal
matters and relationships.
We also recruit and train volunteers from the local community helping
them to develop their skills and confidence.
We have extensive experience of advising in a prison and probation setting.
