Cycle of Life is a Liverpool-based social enterprise that removes barriers to cycling for diverse, underserved communities, using bikes as a tool for social change, empowerment, and crime prevention. Founded in 2020 and incorporated as a company limited by guarantee (No. 13170533) in 2021, we operate from the Kuumba Imani Millennium Centre in Toxteth (Liverpool L8 1TH), focusing on young people aged 14-25 from low-income, ethnic minority, and refugee backgrounds who face risks of criminal exploitation, anti-social behaviour, and social isolation. Our mission aligns with criminal justice goals by providing alternatives to unlawfull activities, building resilience, and facilitating rehabilitation through inclusive programmes that uses cycling and physical activity to promote employability, mental wellbeing, and community integration.
