Our employment & skills team empower people to improve their confidence and employment prospects. We do this by providing 1:1 support to identify goals, coaching to overcome barriers, & opportunities to develop relevant skills through training and work experience at our Social Enterprise projects, The Bike Project and The Kitchen Cafe. Our clients help to run the café whilst learning valuable customer service and food preparation skills from experienced staff. The Bike Project offers affordable bikes and accessories, bike building, repair and servicing to the local community. Under the supervision of our Bike Project manager, our clients learn to recondition pre loved bikes that have been donated to us. Our employment coach provides 1:1 support with CVs, job searching, and interview preparation to support clients to progress into paid employment.
