We offer support to over 1,500 voluntary and community groups; these groups are crucially important because they provide a service to over half the population of Bournemouth. We help to set up groups, speak up on their behalf to ensure they have a say in a local community, support them to network and help them to become more effective. We also help them to advertise volunteer opportunities and find find volunteers.

We recruit, train and supervise Volunteer Mentors to offer both sides of the gate support to people coming out of prison, to live in Norfolk. Our Mentors offer tailored one-to-one practical and emotional support to Clients before during and after their transition back into the community. We assist with seeking accommodation, managing finances and accessing benefits, making behavioural change (e.g. addictions, anti-social activities), taking part in positive activities (including employment, volunteering or training), improving relationships and peer networks and support people to make internal change (hope, motivation, self-worth, confidence, managing emotions). We provide advocacy support and accompany clients to appointments with other statutory and voluntary sector organisations. Our work is not time limited and we support Clients and Mentors of all faiths and none.

Community Counselling Cooperative(CCC) is set up to provide high quality counselling to adults and children in deprived areas of Tyne & Wear. Our aims are to improve the well-being and esteem of our communities, enhance social cohesion and help reduce crime. We encourage local communities to become stakeholders in our organisation and as with our statutory agency partners, help to shape the areas of work we undertake.

'Turnaround Toolkit' is a scheme we initiated in 2012 to provide emotional and psychological assistance to offenders, either as one to one support or within a peer support group. Research as to the efficacy of the project is available by request.

CSNW provide Mentoring & Befriending, Food Bank, Volunteer Management and Training and Employability services to anyone over 16. We are the Befriending service for East Lancashire funded by Lancashire County Council, including provision of Street Soccer Academy which supports vulnerable and at risk men including ex-offenders to access mentoring via the medium of football. Befriending services include one to one, telephone, group and street soccer. Food Bank is food parcels in times of short term financial crisis and incorporates support for training, employment and volunteering. CSNW support organisations to manage volunteer projects by provision of recruitment, training and management services.

We provide transport for marginalised and vulnerable people. All our minibuses are accessible.

Community360 is an independent charity which exists to assist charities, voluntary and community organisations, through any activities which provide representation, enable development, encourage liaison, nurture strategic partnerships and provide support to promote voluntary action.

We're a commercial real bread bakery in Bedford, set up specifically to offer support to ex-offenders trying to resettle effectively into the local community and trying to not reoffend. Support offered comprises voluntary work experience and training (purposeful occupation), active listening to boost confidence and self-esteem, signposting to other agencies to deal with specific issues, support to find paid employment in due course, and the sort of practical help and advice that is readily shared among friends.

Computers for Charities is an established charity primarily providing support to charities across the UK and Worldwide.CfC has wide experience of the Prison & Legal services, providing advice on training, education & resettlement. Based in East Sussex CfC is able to provide volunteer opportunities within it's workshops plus providing links nationally within the Voluntary sector. CfC's remit has widened greatly since it's beginings and now advises or undertakes a wide range of person focused initatives born from request & need.

We aim to reduce reoffending through education. We deliver Middlesex University-accredited basic counselling skills courses and interpersonal communication skills courses to inmates and ex-offenders, as a first step towards rehabilitation and to reintroduce inmates to mainstream learning. We also run partners' sessions for inmates about to be released. Our community courses (Person to Person, learning to get on with the people you live and work with) are for those at risk of offending as well as ex-offenders.

Concrete is a local charity, support network and campaigner leading the fight to erase homelessness within Staffordshire and its surrounding areas.

Construct A Future is a non-profit organisation based at HM Prison Cookham Wood in Kent. Construct A Future assists with the resettlement of offenders into sustainable employment in the construction industry and its associated trades. Employment, and in particular, skilled employment, is a proven contributor to reduce the likelihood of reoffending. Our aim is to work with the prison service, committees and businesses of all sizes to provide training, skills and career opportunities before release from custody.

Conviction helps people to navigate and have a voice in the criminal justice system. It develops practical resources to help people access their rights and to support campaigning and policy work, and offers its casework and advocacy service for those in most need.

CORE CIC was established in 2013 by George Charlton an individual in personal recovery from drug and alcohol addiction with the aim of supporting other socialy excluded and disenfranchised individuals who have experience of addictions to find recovery via different therapeutic mediums and use their 'Lived Experience' to reduce stigma and create empathy for those who suffer with addictions across the local community.

We work with individuals who have lived experience with problematic lifestyles owing to alcohol, drugs, or the criminal justice system and we help them to recognise that using their own live experiences to educate others can be such a powerful therapeutic medium not only to help themselves but also to inform the learnings of others be that with school children, police officers, social workers, drug and alcohol treatment providers and other individuals and services which come into contact with people who are disenfranchised within our communities.
