MTCBC Offenders Project
We were commissioned to run a pilot project of floating support to those with an offending history within MTCBC. In partnership with NPS and the Homeless Team, we have adapted the project to include those due to be released from the secure estate to NFA status to ensure they have through the gate support and ongoing resettlement support once released. This project began in April 2020 during the pandemic and has increased in size due to the demand for the service.

Working in partnership with CCBC Supporting People Team and Homeless Unit, we are commissioned under the Housing Support Grant to deliver an assertive outreach model for engaging the hardest to reach cohort of Rough Sleepers. Our contract has been running since 2014 and has a value of £240,000 p/a
