Training & consultancy provider Sitra champions excellence in housing, support, care and health. It is the membership organisation for the housing with care and support sector, and has now increased its focus on health & social care. We provide leadership and influence policy, promote best practice and provide consultancy, training, information and advice in order to: promote positive outcomes for clients, providers and funders; drive the policy agenda; encourage a healthy, diverse and sustainable sector; support quality and professionalism.

We provide employer-led training, work experience and employment for prisoners in preparation for release, also resettlement in partnership with businesses, VCS and local government. We deliver Ex-offender Awareness training to businesses, voluntary sector and social housing groups,

We support young people aged 16-to-25 with homelessness and housing and to live independently.
