The voluntary sector provides a wide range of services and support to people at all stages of their sentence, and can provide insight and innovation at a time when criminal justice needs it most.

Ahead of the imminent introduction of the Sentencing Bill to Parliament, we have facilitated extensive voluntary sector engagement with officials to discuss the implementation of many of the Sentencing Review's recommendations.
