Clinks’ voluntary sector-led manifesto to reform the criminal justice system.

This manifesto brings together policy recommendations developed with the voluntary sector to set out a vision for a more effective and humane criminal justice system. It focuses on six key areas for reform, including investment in community justice, local approaches to probation, reducing remand and recall, community provision, resettlement, and a Whole Systems Approach for women.
