No Going Back is an ambitious, creative charity helping people with criminal convictions rebuild their lives through employment. It also has a Social Enterprise NGB CLEAN that trains and employs people or supports them into self employment.   With enthusiastic and committed support we have achieved engagement with over 4,000 people and are proud of our results.

We are now looking for an exceptional CEO to build on and strengthen our future and help us achieve the greatest possible impact for the people we work with.  You will bring strategic leadership, financial and commercial understanding, experience of building partnerships and generating income, and knowledge of the criminal justice sector. Above all, we want someone who combines vision with practical, hands-on leadership, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to our purpose.
