Employment Advisor
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Employment Advisor to join our delivery team.
You will be supporting individuals across West London surrounding areas in London (with occasional travel further afield if required).
This is a community-based role, where you will spend the majority of your working week meeting participants face to face in the community.
Your main base will be your home, but you should expect regular travel across West London. All travel costs will be covered by Offploy.
You will provide personalised support to people facing significant barriers to employment and housing—including those subject to MAPPA—helping them overcome challenges, build confidence, and access training, volunteering, or employment opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload of individuals with multiple and complex barriers to work
- Supporting candidates with there housing needs.
- Delivering 1:1 in-person support in the community.
- Helping participants access relevant services (e.g. mental health, housing, training, addiction support)
- Building trusted relationships and maintaining professional boundaries
- Working closely with referral partners, including probation and other agencies
- Recording accurate notes, tracking progress, and meeting KPIs
- Travelling within and occasionally beyond the region to meet clients and stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and flexibly across different locations
- Strong communication skills, with good record-keeping and IT capability
- Results-driven, with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- A genuine passion for supporting people, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

If successful for the role, we will require to a basic DBS check along with 3 years of employment history.
