Project Coordinator
We are looking for individuals with experience working in the criminal justice system, strong knowledge of risk assessment, and a multi-agency approach.
You must have experience working with those who have sexually harmed and the ability to build effective partnerships.
Location: We are recruiting for a combination of posts across London, Thames Valley & Hampshire
Contract: 12 month fixed term, with potential to move to permanent subject to contract funding
Hours: Full-time, part-time, or flexible (including regular evening work)
Location: Remote, with regular travel across designated region. You must live in, or close to, the region you are applying for the post in and be able to travel regularly (approx. min. 3x/week)

Key responsibilities
- Delivering the Circles of Support and Accountability and similar services (supporting people with convictions for sexual offences)
- Recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers
- Coordinating information sharing with police, probation, prisons, social services, and other partners
- Conducting risk assessments and assessing referrals
- Contributing to service development and innovation
- Delivery of specialist training programmes
