Bio - Description
Marianne started working for Clinks in September 2023 as our Policy and Communications Officer. She has worked in the public, private and voluntary sector and has over six years' of experience in communications. She is joining from South Gloucestershire Council where she created a range of diverse campaigns. She also led on internal and external communications strategies for LGBTQ+, racially minoritised and disability groups, alongside The Women’s Network.
More recently, she has worked for Councillor Leigh Ingham on an MP campaign for Bristol North East which involved creating a promotional video and election materials.
She has strong interests in politics and international affairs and studied Gender and International Relations in Bristol. She lives in Bristol and loves climbing and swimming.
