Emma joined Clinks in July 2022 as the Sector Support, Members and Networks Manager and has recently moved into a new role within the refreshed organisational structure as the Support and Development Manager. She is responsible for developing and overseeing the support and engagement that Clinks provides to help the voluntary criminal justice sector better meet their aims. This includes the development of resources, growth of the membership and events programme offer, and oversight and leadership of the specialist thematic networks responding to specific needs within the sector.
Emma has a variety of experience working in frontline services across the criminal justice system, from working for CGL, the recovery service at HMP Belmarsh, to having operational oversight of Advance’s pan-London women’s service which provides holistic support to women at various points of their journey through the criminal justice system.
