The Harbour Centre (Plymouth)
The Harbour Centre (Plymouth) leads and manages the integrated community drug and alcohol recovery services in Plymouth. The agency 'Harbour' is a provider partnership that includes Plymouth Community Healthcare CIC, Hamoaze House, Shekinah, and Broadreach with The Harbour Centre (Plymouth) as the lead agency.
Harbour provides substance misuse recovery treatment services in the community. This include case management, needle exchange, advice, education, metal health support, prescribing and psychosocial interventions. In addition Harbour provides access to Education, Training, Employment and Accommodation support services through partner agencies.
Harbour hosts and supports the Police and Probation prolofic offender service (TurnAround) providing DRR, DIP and other treatment interventions within the TurnAround partnership.
Harbour is also commissioned by the PCC Young People Services to provide a substance misuse service (known as SHARP) for young people.
