The Growth Company is an award-winning, accredited social enterprise with a mission to enable growth, create jobs and improve lives. We have been supporting individuals, communities and businesses with skills, employment, justice and business support for over 30 years. We deliver services nationally but are locally embedded with strong partnerships informing and enhancing our delivery.

The Growth Company has been offering current offenders and ex-offenders under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice and National Probation Service the support necessary to live a healthy life and reduce reoffending.

Our aim has always been to support rehabilitation and to improve the lives and prospects of the individuals themselves, as well as their families and the communities that they live in.
