Supporting information
Our main aims are to support the disadvantaged, especially ex-offenders to transform their lives via mentoring, personal development, training, qualifications and work. We work to make people more secure financially, ensure they have a home they feel comfortable in, that is warm & that they have enough food. 40% of our workforce are ex-offenders & we work year on year with hundreds more to help them transform their life. What we can offer as a supply partner is a high degree of practical support via food parcels, gas & electric top-ups, benefit support, money, debt & energy support, work placements, volunteering opportunities and paid work in a supportive environment. Many ex-offenders best outcome on release from prison is to become self-employed. We provide support to them to achieve this. We also offer free counselling to all & support for victims of domestic violence & sexual abuse. We work with men and women ex-offenders.
