Join ClinksAspire is an Oxfordshire based employment charity which creates and brokers accessible, meaningful work placement, training and paid employment opportunities for individuals facing complex barriers to work - including on our own social enterprises, delivering grounds and property maintenance to commercial, public and private customers.
Aspire runs its own 'Through the Gate' project, engaging offenders in HMP Spring Hill and Bullingdon, as well as ex-offenders in the community in Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes and High Wycombe.

During 2013-14, Aspire supported 167 trainees with the average length of time out of paid work before joining Aspire being 5.5 years. 40% of whom receive, ESA, 58% had an alcohol/drug addiction history and 66% had. an offending history. Over this period, 98% of Aspire trainees with an offending history did not reoffend, 24 were supported into sustainable housing and 97% of our trainees maintained their recovery from substance misuse.
In May 2014 a team from the University of Oxford World Economic Forum Global Shapers group calculated Aspires social return on investment to be £5.86 for every £1 invested.
