Join ClinksWe would like to set up a number of small businesses, that will train and employ offenders on a permanent basis. Once a position has been taken up, we would then put in to place support packages that would help them to continue on their rehabilitative path. These packages would not be just for them but for the whole family. These businesses will include, a coffin company, http://www.theethicalcc.com/, a cafe/restaurant, a joinery workshop, a building and painting and decorating company and a small horticultural centre that will also provide a gardening service to the local area. We will also establish a training team that will provide “in custody” and on-line training to individuals, this training would include anger management training as well as training for the Personal Trackside license, which would enable the individual to work on the railways. This training team will work in partnership with support workers to ensure each individual’s needs are met prior to and upon release.
