Join ClinksCitizens Advice - Hull and East Riding provides legal advice, information and specialist casework for people in the City of Hull and the East Riding.  Areas covered include debt, benefits, housing, employment, family and relationship issues, consumer matters and immigration.  
We also focus on preventative work including financial capability
and money management training and 1-1 mentoring support.
We have previously offered both advice and training to people in prison.
75% of our workforce are dedicated volunteers, many of whom are training to become Advisers under the national Citizens Advice Certificate in Generalist Advice. Volunteers also fulfil other roles such as Trustee, social policy co-ordinator, assessor, administrator and reception. We take ex-offender volunteers, subject to certain criteria and can work with offender volunteers in limited circumstances.
