It is in the process of establishing legal structures, undertaking a branding and marketing exercise and a delivery model to ensure the Consortium members have access to opportunities.
Consortium development includes:

Working groups in place to progress Consortium objectives and actions.
The setting up of a special purpose vehicle to secure investment and contract manage service delivery.
A capacity building training programme to develop skills and expertise of members.
The scope and diversity of Consortium members ranges from national charities to sole trader social enterprises that bring scale, resources, flexibility, geographic spread and bespoke expertise.
