DISC, The Cyrenians, Groundwork North East & Cumbria and Mental Health Concern all provide innovative solutions to combat the problems associated with homelessness, joblessness, offending, drug and alcohol, and poor physical and mental health.
The consortium has been set up to provide more user focussed, joined up, cost effective services that will benefit not only the people we serve but commissioners and other VCS organisations.
