RBLI offers assessment and employability support to Armed Forces personnel and their families, both serving and veterans. We provide transitional support to those leaving the services on the basis of injury or health condition, those in custody seeking employment and veterans who have been unable sustain a successful transition. We also deliver a range of Welfare to Work programmes, including Work Programme and Access to Work.
