Join ClinksSeetec has over 29 years experience of delivering employability and skills programmes across the UK, including DWP Work Programme, Work Choice, SFA Skills Support for the Unemployed, Apprenticeships and NOMS ESF Programme. We have supported 100,000 customers in the last year engaging a wide range of customer groups, including ex-offenders through the Work Programme (across 3 CPAs nationally) and through our NOMS ESF contract. Through delivery of these programmes, Seetec has developed strong partnerships with over 500 framework partners nationally that provide support and guidance to customers with multiple needs. Provision includes support for Local Authorities (LAs) and voluntary sector organisations.

Through delivery of DWP work programme, Seetec sources job vacancies and work placements with over 25,000 employers nationally who are flexible to the needs of at risk groups/ offenders e.g. Sainsbury’s proactively recruit ex-offenders and meet their employment needs.
In round 1 of our NOMS ESF contract (Jan’10 to Dec’11), we were the largest provider with 23% of starts (879), and exceed all targets: 130% of overall start profile, 140% of community start profile; 102% of custody start profile; 112% of employment outcomes, 119% of further learning participation target; 229% of NEETS into education, employment or training; and 116% of soft outcomes. Amongst others soft outcomes include motivation, mentoring, employability and signposting metrics.
