The Capability Company is committed to working for social benefit, and offers a very flexible and responsive service.
Karen Morton has facilitated over 70 away days for a variety of organisations. This often involves pooling knowledge to help organisations better understand the future for themselves and their beneficiaries, and then design a way forward that will be sustainable and realistic. This has also involved working with partnerships, including front-line organisations and commissioners to move forward toward commonly agreed outcomes. Karen also chairs conferences and organises and facilitates events, for example, bringing together women's organisations working with survivors or offenders.
We commonly work with organisations looking at new business models, write and facilitate business plans, raise funds, provide advice, and undertake a wide range of support and tasks associated with the robust and resilient running of organisations.
