Voluntary Norfolk

We run four Volunteer Centres and a network of Community Volunteer Co-ordinators, recruiting and deploying thousands of volunteers of all ages each year. We deliver frontline projects including befriending, training programmes, tackling worklessness, capacity building for personalisation and neighbourhood development.

As a Council for Voluntary Service and we support volunteers and voluntary organisations we help voluntary and community groups to build their capacity and sustainability through face to face and telephone support.

We also provide an effective voice for voluntary sector concerns in our engagement with local strategic bodies in the public sector.

Through our trading arm, Charity BackRoom, we offer a range of back-office services including HR and employment law support, DBS checks, accountancy, payroll and insurance brokerage for local groups.
