Join ClinksApex Trust provides information, advice and guidance to offenders/ex-offenders, supporting them into employment, training, education and voluntary work by assisting them in breaking down the barriers they face when moving forward with a conviction. Based in St Helens with outreach across the Liverpool City Region, ACT 4 Women is a peer support project. Beneficiaries are unemployed women ex-offenders. Former/current service users play a central role in its delivery & development. We offer Level 2 Award in Peer Mentoring, our accredited training programme, which involves opportunities to engage within communities and develop a positive sense of self, based on helping others. One of the key by-products of our work is to reduce re-offending and to achieve better integration of our clients into society. Our service is not time limited and is delivered at a pace to suit the individual to enable them to achieve their goals.
