Join ClinksP3's main aim is to give people the practical skills and self esteem that they need to sustain an independent and self sufficient lifestyle by providing opportunities and support to help vulnerable people move from social exclusion to inclusion.
P3 offers successful and lasting routes out of social exclusion and homelessness by operating a variety of effective services to help to overcome the challenges that the public sector can no longer tackle alone in creating positive outcomes to people at real risk of social exclusion.
We've been around for over 30 years, working in some of the most deprived areas of the UK with some of the most at risk groups in our society, helping them to rebuild their lives. And we're pretty good at it too. We support hundreds of people every day to take control of their lives and move towards social inclusion and healthy positive lifestyles.

Supporting information
P3 has managed a number of Link Worker services throughout the country. The Link Worker model aims to engage difficult to reach offenders with complex needs in a process of assessment, identification of needs and development of an action plan. The link worker possesses good local knowledge and an awareness of services and processes available to help the client reduce chaos and reach identified goals. We can help make and reinforce effective links with services which can help create the environment for the reduction of offending behaviour.
Being a third sector organisation is seen as an advantage in this process as our clients often have a negative perception of statutory bodies. As an organisation, we do not wish to pursue involvement in the enforcement element of criminal justice services, our focus being on the rehabilitation of offenders. We believe that we can bring experience and a proven model to this client group which will result in significant improvement in their outcomes.
