Join ClinksGood Food & Health is a nutrition consultancy which provides a range of services to local and national organisations, focussing on improving health and wellbeing through healthy eating. We tailor our work to meet the needs of different population groups, for example, vulnerable young adults, parents of young children or the staff delivering local services. We work with statutory, voluntary and corporate organisations throughout the UK.
We work with prisons, probation services, drug treatment, parenting and mental health programmes, to train both staff and service users in healthy eating to help support physical and mental health. We train through participatory workshops and 'cook and eat' sessions. Additionally we can perform menu analysis and recipe development services to caterers.

Supporting information
We help offenders develop skills and knowledge in healthy eating to enable them to make healthier food choices in custody and in the community. We can help offenders prepare for resettlement and parents improve their parenting skills for their return to their families. We can support prisons and other establishments in improving the nutritional quality of the food they provide.
