Join ClinksBarnardo’s runs over 1,000 services for children and families in local communities across the UK. Our work includes reaching and helping children who have been sexually exploited, young people leaving the care system, children with a parent in prison and families struggling to cope. We find loving adoptive homes and foster placements for children in care.
Barnardo's delivers family engagement services and visit centres in Dorset and West Midlands, including evidence based parenting programmes, one-to-one case work, and innovative engagement programmes to support families of prisoners and relationships with significant others. We have specialist knowledge working with vulnerable groups including working with families of veterans who are in prison and extensive experience working with care leavers.
