Join ClinksWe recruit, train and supervise Volunteer Mentors to offer both sides of the gate support to people coming out of prison, to live in Norfolk. Our Mentors offer tailored one-to-one practical and emotional support to Clients before during and after their transition back into the community. We assist with seeking accommodation, managing finances and accessing benefits, making behavioural change (e.g. addictions, anti-social activities), taking part in positive activities (including employment, volunteering or training), improving relationships and peer networks and support people to make internal change (hope, motivation, self-worth, confidence, managing emotions). We provide advocacy support and accompany clients to appointments with other statutory and voluntary sector organisations. Our work is not time limited and we support Clients and Mentors of all faiths and none.
