Join our Small Organisations Network and get bid-ready for statutory funding
Clinks has re-established its Small Organisations Network following the recruitment of two new Reducing Reoffending Third Sector Advisory Group seat holders to represent small organisations, Patsy Joyce and Dion Lee.
Membership in this Network grants members access to exclusive opportunities, such as participation in our new mentorship pilot series, in which we feature a large organisation working in the criminal justice voluntary sector who will deliver training to help small organisations mitigate some of the challenges they are facing.
Keen to join the Network?
The first meeting of the Network will take place on Monday 14 September (3:30pm-4:45pm) and will be open to members and non-members to offer a taster of what membership in our Small Organisations Network looks like.
This free online session will feature the opportunity to:
- Meet and hear from our new RR3 seat holders, Patsy Joyce and Dion Lee
- Share challenges and examples of best practice with other small organisations
- Take part in the first session of our new mentorship pilot series, where Matt Randle, Justice Director at Catch22, and Catch22’s Director of Growth and Partnerships will explore the main governance barriers to securing statutory funding and how to overcome them
Drawing on Catch22’s experience as both a prime provider and subcontractor, the workshop will explore what commissioners and prime providers look for when assessing delivery partners. Whether you are bidding independently, joining a consortium, or looking to grow your statutory income, the session will offer practical insight to help your organisation become funding-ready, partnership-ready, and growth-ready.
