HMPPS and the Ministry of Justice are aware of the issue and are working centrally with relevant statutory partners and agencies to understand the scale and implications of the breach. At this stage, organisations should follow their existing data protection and incident management procedures, including notifying their grant or contract manager and/or host organisation as required under contractual or data sharing agreements.
