Ten years after the landmark Young Review (2014) highlighted racial disparities affecting Black and Muslim men in the UK Criminal Justice System, a new report by Action for Race Equality and Clinks reflects on what’s changed and crucially, what hasn’t.
Despite recommendations and follow-up reviews, systemic inequalities persist. The report outlines key findings, areas for concern, barriers to progress and recommendations.
We’re hosting a roundtable [22 January | 13:00 | House of Lords] to discuss the report’s findings and explore solutions with voluntary sector organisations and government officials.
