Change of criteria to become a Race and Justice Network member
Influence, share, learn - join now
Clinks recognises that the criteria to become a member of our Race and Justice Network might be quite restrictive and not include those that may benefit from the wealth of knowledge within the network. It is important for us to have a network that encourages shared learning and best practice amongst all organisations that find themselves working with people from racially minoritised backgrounds.
For this reason, we have decided to change the criteria to becoming a network member to now include a broader range of organisations. For the full criteria please see here.
We hope that this will encourage an uptake from organisations faced with the challenges of supporting those from racially minoritised backgrounds but may not always feel fully equipped in doing so.
If you have any questions about this change, please do not hesitate to contact our Race and Justice Network Coordinator, Kaiya Caines, at kaiya.caines@clinks.org
The next Race and Justice Network event will take place on Wednesday 21 June, 11am, and the focus of this forum is; health inequalities for racially minoritised people within the criminal justice system. If you would like to contribute to this forum, please contact the network coordinator.
Registration to the Race and Justice Network is only open to Clinks members. Find out more about the benefits of becoming a Clinks member and how to join us here.
If you are already a Clinks member and would like to become part of the Race and Justice Network, please fill out this form. Upon joining the network, members will also receive a copy of the quarterly Race and Justice Network bulletin; keeping you updated on relevant news, developments and opportunities.
