Membership Renewal 2023
Dear Clinks Member
We are contacting you as a reminder to ask for you to log into your account on the Clinks website and answer the two pop up questions that will appear once you have logged in, as these questions are important to help us process your membership renewal for 2023-24. These questions relate to your organisation’s annual income and the type of organisation you are, which is how we decide which membership fee to charge as our fees are proportionate to the size of your organisation. If you don’t see a pop up when you log into the website, please email membership@clinks.org to let us know. A big thank you to those of you who have already answered these questions!
If your organisation’s annual income is less than £250,000, or your organisation falls into our definition of a specialist organisation and is less than £500,000, then we will continue to offer bursary membership for your organisation. This reflects our particular support and commitment to small and specialist organisations in the voluntary sector. We do however still require you to complete the pop up questions on our website, to ensure we hold the correct details for your membership.
We therefore ask for you to log into your account and answer the two questions on the pop up as soon as you are able, with a deadline of Friday 31 March. We will then be in touch at the beginning of April regarding your membership renewal payment. If you have any mitigating circumstances that you believe we should be aware of in relation to your membership fee for this year, or any other questions generally, please do contact us on membership@clinks.org.
If you have not logged in and answered the pop up questions about your organisation type and income by 31st March, we will proceed with charging your membership renewal fee based on the information we currently hold about your organisation on our website.
We would also like to take this opportunity to encourage you to sign up to attend our hybrid event taking place on 3rd May; Clinks in conversation with Amy Rees and Phil Copple. This is an exciting opportunity for the voluntary sector to engage with the senior leadership team at His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), and we welcome any questions that you would like to have answered during this event to be submitted in advance by emailing events@clinks.org
