NCJAA presents Inspire – thanks for coming!
Thank you for joining us for NCJAA Presents Inspire: Sustainability in the Arts and Criminal Justice Sector at Rich Mix, London. We’ll be collecting thoughts and contributions from “the wall” and social media, on our Inspire Key Takeaway's vent blog in the coming weeks, so if you’ve not contributed there is still time.
What did you think of the event? Was this your first time attending a NCJAA event? We would appreciate just five minutes of your time to fill out a quick evaluation survey of this event.
Inspiring Futures : Community research workshop with Cambridge University
Come along to a special workshop at 12 noon Friday 24 March at Rich Mix to discuss impact and evidence in community and voluntary work.
In this one-off session, researchers from the University of Cambridge will talk about their experiences of conducting evaluation research in criminal justice settings, including with arts organisations. This will be followed by an open discussion where we will consider together some of the challenges and practicalities of such work, such as: collaboration, embedding organisational values into research methods, understanding results, and disseminating findings. This will be an open forum to discuss candidly what hasn’t worked as well as what has and where we can all learn from each other – we would love to see you there!
Inspiring Futures exhibition
The Inspiring Futures exhibition in the lab space will remain open to the public throughout the week until Sunday 26th March. Hopefully you were able to visit the Lab yesterday to experience the Inspiring Futures Exhibition. The Inspiring Futures project has been part of a research study at the University of Cambridge, evaluating the impact of arts programmes in criminal justice settings. As part of this, we would love your feedback. All your answers will be anonymous and kept securely on our systems at the University of Cambridge. It should take 5-10 minutes. At the end, you will be given the opportunity to enter into a prize draw to win one of three £20 Love2Shop vouchers.
