NCJAA presents Inspire – just 1 week to go!
With just one week to go we are excited to share our full programme with you for the day here. In the programme you will find the full agenda and running order of the day, and you will notice that there is a choice of morning events and afternoon workshops and panel discussions for you to attend. Further details of what will be taking place during these activities can be found on our Eventbrite page here, and we would like to invite everybody to book onto one of the morning events, one of the afternoon workshops and one of the afternoon panel discussions in advance so that we facilitate everyone having the best time on the day.
Booking will remain open until Monday 20th March and any remaining attendees who have not signed up for a session will be assigned automatically. If you have booked a ticket on behalf of somebody else, please forward this email on to them to allow them to select the sessions they would like to attend.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to share a few reminders ahead of the day, to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Tickets and arrival
Our registration desk will be open from 9:30 am with the event starting promptly at 10am. The address for the venue is Rich Mix, 35-47 Bethnal Green Road, London, E1 6LA. You will have received a confirmation email when you registered for your ticket; this is your e-ticket for the event so please ensure that you bring this with you. You can either show this on your phone or via a paper copy.
Dietary requirements and access needs
Rich Mix is an accessible venue and has lift access to all floors, however at present, the main customer lift is out of service and therefore alternative lifts in the building will be in use. In order to help us prepare for the event, please do contact us in advance to make us aware of any access needs you have and whether you require lift access on the day. Lunch will be provided as part of this event so please do let us know in advance of any dietary requirements you have by emailing us at events@clinks.org.
Unable to make it?
If you are no longer able to join us on the day, or wish to send a substitute delegate, then please do let us know by emailing events@clinks.org as soon as possible. As highlighted in the terms and conditions for this event, the full cost for a ticket to this event is £75, and any delegates who do not attend the event without prior notice may be required to cover the cost.
If you have symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as COVID-19, and you have a high temperature or do not feel well enough to attend the conference, government health guidance is to try and stay at home and avoid contact with other people. We would encourage anybody who has tested positive or has symptoms for COVID-19 to consider sending a substitute delegate from their organisation, and if this is not possible, to contact us to inform us of non-attendance.
Photography and social media
There will be a photographer on site throughout the day capturing highlights of the event, if you do not wish to have your photo taken then please ask a Clinks member of staff to alert the photographer of this.
We encourage everybody to share their experience of Inspire - Sustainability in the arts and criminal justice sector on social media. We will be live tweeting from the event and ask that delegates join the conversation using @Clinks_Tweets.
If you have any questions then please do contact us on events@clinks.org, and we very much look forward to seeing you on Tuesday 21st March at Rich Mix!
