Clinks' 24th Annual General Meeting

We are delighted to invite you to attend Clinks’ 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which we are holding on 22 November, as part of our annual conference. Our AGM is always a well-attended and lively event, offering a great opportunity to network and for you to comment on Clinks’ work and our priorities for the year ahead.
The AGM allows us to carry out business vital to our work, including electing trustees. You can find details of the current trustees here.
Clinks’ members have the right to appoint a proxy to exercise their rights to attend, speak and vote at the AGM. Appointment of a proxy must be made using the proxy form. The completed form must be emailed back to corporateservices@clinks.org or posted to the address below to arrive no later than Monday 21 November 2022.

If you are a Clinks member and are unable to make it for the annual conference but would like to attend the AGM and drinks reception, you are welcome to do so, and this will be free of charge. Please email events@clinks.org to register your interest and receive an email confirmation to enable access on the day. Arrivals will be from 4pm with a prompt 4:15pm start for the AGM. The drinks reception will take place between 5 and 6pm.
If you are an unfunded organisation and would like to attend the AGM but would find transport costs prohibitive, then please contact us.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOVEMBER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Clinks will be held in person at Drapers Hall, Throgmorton Avenue, London, Greater London, EC2N 2DQ on Tuesday 22nd November 2022 at 4.15pm to transact the following business:
Ordinary Resolutions:
- That the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 23rd November 2021 be adopted as a true record of the meeting.
- That the audited Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 for Clinks be received and adopted.
- The election and re-election of trustees of Clinks in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association.
