Dear Colleague,
In 2021, you and over 100 other voluntary sector organisations working in criminal justice completed our State of the sector survey. I want to personally thank you for taking the time to respond to it and tell you that we have extended the 2022 survey deadline by 1 week, so it will now close on 1 August. This is the most important data collection we do each year, providing us with an up-to-date picture of how the sector is fairing. We would love to hear how you are doing again this year.
The responses to this year's survey will contribute to a report that will be given to key policy decision makers and will provide a vital source of evidence for a range of stakeholders as well as contributing to the development of our support offer.
The evidence from our State of the sector research is vitally important because it enables us to more effectively influence key decision makers on your behalf, raise the issues that are important to you and ensure that our support meets your needs.
Based on the findings of our 2021 State of the sector report we committed to:
-
continue to understand the long-term impacts of Covid-19 on people in contact with the criminal justice system
-
work with the government and philanthropic funders to address concerns about future funding
-
monitor how voluntary organisations continue to adapt their service delivery as they manage longer term impacts of Covid-19
For us to best represent and support you, we need the most up-to-date evidence on how you are faring and what your needs are. Do our findings still reflect your organisation's experience? How have things changed for your organisation over the last year?
I would be very grateful if you could help build on last year’s evidence by taking 20 minutes to respond to our 2022 State of the sector survey and tell us how things have changed at your organisation over the last year.
The survey closes on 1 August. If you have any questions about the survey please contact Franklin Barrington at Franklin.Barrington@clinks.org
Help us to keep on supporting you best, and organisations like you, whatever challenges you face.
Please respond to the survey here
We apologise if you received an earlier version of this message which was sent in error.
With my very best wishes,
Jess
