Clinks events and training
June 2022
Clinks runs events and training for voluntary organisations working in the criminal justice system. We hear time and time again that organisations feel stronger alongside others and enjoy being part of a well-connected network. Come along to one of our upcoming events to stay connected, learn something new and work together for a better criminal justice system.
Health and justice network meeting
10am, 7 June | online | free
Our health and justice network meetings bring together voluntary sector organisations who deliver health services to people in contact with the criminal justice system. The meetings provide a space for organisations to discuss health issues and inequalities that affect the people they support. There is also an opportunity to discuss how services are delivered, a chance to share updates and concerns, plus updates from Clinks' policy team. Book your place here
Women's network forum
10am, 14 June | online | free
Our quarterly women’s networking forums provide support, and information and networking opportunities, to those working with women in contact with the criminal justice system. Hosted in partnership with Agenda, the forums offer a great opportunity for updates on relevant policy and member activity. Feedback gathered on key issues, raised by organisations during the forums, is fed into Clinks’ influencing work and at quarterly Reducing Reoffending Third Sector Advisory Group (RR3) meetings. Book your place here
Attendance at our women's network forum is open to members of the Clinks Women's network. You can join the network if you work or volunteer for a Clinks member delivering fully established services or projects designed for women. England criminal justice forum
2pm, 21 June | online | free
Our England criminal justice forums are open to all organisations in England working in the criminal justice system. The forums bring together partners to discuss policy and practice affecting their day-to-day work and to hear about current and future developments. The forums also provide a space to share good practice, network with other organisations, discuss the opportunities and challenges your organisation is currently facing and encourage shared learning and peer support.
