North East criminal justice forum
3rd February 10:00am | online | free
It is almost two years since the pandemic hit us and six months since the new probation model was mobilised and this forum will be used as an opportunity to reflect on the impact this has had on you and the people you work with. There will be an opportunity to feedback any challenges your organisation may have overcome or still be facing. There will be space to step away from your day-to-day work and consider what support Clinks could provide you over the next financial year. Louise Mann, Commissioning and Partnership Manager for Probation Service in the North East will provide an update on commissioning intentions and would welcome the opportunity to hear feedback from the voluntary sector. Stronger Voice: Introduction to reframing
8th February 10:00am | online | free
Would you like to communicate more effectively? This introductory session will help you to be heard and understood better through small changes to the language you use, and the way you shape your stories. We'll kick off with some general storytelling insights before moving on to exploring ways to improve communications on criminal justice across audiences, in discussions and in writing. The session is designed to be relaxed and interactive, providing opportunities to discuss ideas and practice too. Book your place here
