Stronger voice: Introduction to influencing policy

At this forum we will focus on commissioning, and will be discussing what the future of commissioning in criminal justice looks like, including: future commissioning using the probation dynamic framework; the use of the Regional Outcomes and Innovation Fund (ROIF) within probation regions; and the potential for criminal justice commissioners to use grants.
