Consultation: neurodiversity in the criminal justice system
2pm-4pm, 25th February | online | free
Clinks wants to hear from voluntary sector organisations who work with people with neurodiverse conditions who are in contact with the criminal justice system, both in prison and in the community.
We are holding a consultation event so that you can feed into an independent review of neurodiversity in the criminal justice system conducted by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons and Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Probation.
The conversations had at this event will inform the findings of the review, which intends to help the Ministry of Justice to improve awareness of neurodiversity in the criminal justice system, giving staff the confidence and knowledge to support adults with neurodiverse needs.
Please note that participation in this consultation event requires organisations to have engagement with and expertise on people with neurodiverse conditions who are in contact with the criminal justice system.
This event is for voluntary sector organisations only.
