An introduction to service user involvement
24th March | London | £25 for members
Involving people and families with lived experience in designing and delivering services is key to the difference we can make in the lives of people in contact with the criminal justice system.
At this meeting of our service user involvement managers’ network, you can hear from a diverse range of organisations who have successfully introduced service user involvement into the heart of their work, and from ‘experts by experience’ who are now helping to shape the services that they use, for the benefit of others.
There will be the opportunity to get practical advice, as well as opportunities to discuss the challenges you face and how to take the next steps in embedding service user involvement into your work.
The network is aimed at practitioners managing service user involvement in their organisation, and those looking to begin or improve the way they engage their service users.
