Re-commissioning of Rehabilitative Services for men in prison and the community.
The MoJ is seeking to procure the second generation of rehabilitative services for men in prison or the community to help them address rehabilitative needs and to desist from offending, across England and Wales (excluding Greater Manchester).
The Government publishes the Civil Society Covenant - Clinks' response
The Civil Society Covenant is a newly established set of principles introduced by the Government, designed to establish a ‘new model partnership between civil society and government.’ This blog explores the details of the Covenant and sets out Clinks' views on its implementation.
