From 25th May 2018, new regulations about how organisations process your information will be coming into practice - the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that you will have more control over how organisations use your data.
Clinks manages the National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance. We want to make sure we keep you in the loop at all times, which is why we’re letting you know that Clinks has updated its Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy which you can read in full on its website.
How do these changes affect me?
GDPR gives you more rights over the use of your personal data.
- We hold your contact details in our files so that we can send you National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance's monthly newsletter and other ebulletins containing information relevant to you
- We may also use your information to invite you to National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance events or to send you information about our activities
- If you are a member of National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance, your information is also used to allow you to participate in our online community and to display your profile in our membership database of arts and criminal justice practitioners and supporters.

You can manage your subscription preferences and information Clinks holds about you with your online account. Sign in to Clinks’ website to view your account here, or register for an account here. To unsubscribe from our emails at any time you can also click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of our ebulletins, or contact info@artsincriminaljustice.org.uk if you have any further queries.
If you are a National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance member, you can review and manage any information held about you on our membership database by emailing info@artsincriminaljustice.org.uk
