We are excited to offer Clinks' voluntary organisation members the opportunity to promote their paid-for events as part of our 6 month pilot programme, running from October 2023 to March 2025. This new service allows members to list ticketed events on our Clinks events page, providing valuable exposure.
What you get:
- Event listing: Your event will be listed on our Clinks events page, which attracts thousands of views across all event listings and booking pages each month. It will remain visible for up to 2 months before the event date, giving you maximum exposure to potential attendees from across the criminal justice sector.
- Events newsflash: Your event will also be featured in our monthly Events Newsflash, which reaches a targeted audience of over 10,000 subscribers with an interest in the criminal justice sector. This ensures your event is highlighted to professionals, decision makers, and influencers in the field. The newsflash is distributed on the third Wednesday of each month. Please be aware that inclusion depends on when we receive your submission in relation to our publication schedule, so we cannot guarantee that all events will be featured in the newsflash.
- Social media: We will actively promote your event on our X (formerly Twitter) account, which boasts over 18,000 followers, and our LinkedIn account, which engages with more than 5,000 professionals. This gives your event valuable visibility and reach through two of our most impactful social media channels.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for this pilot, the organisation hosting the event must be a voluntary organisation member of Clinks.
Additionally, the event must be scheduled to take place between October 2024 and March 2025 and must charge a fee for attendance.
Free events are not currently eligible for promotion as part of this pilot programme.
What it costs:
Pricing is determined by your organisation's annual income. The standard fee covers your event being listed for up to 2 months before the event date. If you would like to extend the promotion beyond this period, an additional fee will apply for each extra month of promotion:
