These instructions are to help you review / update your organisations Directory of Services profile.

1. Click here to open the login page in a new tab, keep these instructions open for reference.
Login to your account.
If you don’t know your login details and the site won’t let you reset your password, it’s likely you’ve not previously registered on the Clinks website (even though you may receive our emails). In this case, you will need to register for a new account. If you are unable to register a new account because the system already holds your email address, please email support@clinks.org.
2. Once you are logged in, there are two ways to edit your organisations profile:
Through 'My account':
- Click on My account
- Click on Summary, and scroll down to Organisations
- Click Manage
- Click Edit under Operations in the table next to your organisations name (if you don’t have an edit option, see step 3)
- On the top left-hand side of the update form, one of the tick boxes reads: “Please check this box if you would like your organisation to be included in our Directory of Services,” make sure this is ticked.
- Also on the top left-hand side, ensure you tick to confirm you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- On the right-hand side of the form, scroll through the page to ensure all details are accurate and up to date as various fields from this form pull through to the Directory of Services.
- In particular, “The fields of work that you’re involved in / Primary field of work" and “The work of your organisation / Work of the organisation” appear on the search results page of your organisations record in the Directory of Services.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click save.
Through the Directory:
- Go to the directory: https://www.clinks.org/directory
- Search for your organisation and click on it to open the record
- Click Edit this organisation (if you don’t see this button, see step 3)
- On the top left-hand side of the update form, one of the tick boxes reads: “Please check this box if you would like your organisation to be included in our Directory of Services,” make sure this is ticked.
- Also on the top left-hand side, ensure you tick to confirm you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- On the right-hand side of the form, scroll through the page to ensure all details are accurate and up to date as various fields from this form pull through to the Directory of Services.
- In particular, “The fields of work that you’re involved in / Primary field of work and “The work of your organisation" / Work of the organisation” appear on the search results page of your organisations record in the Directory of Services.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click save.
When you save your information, you might notice that your record disappears from the directory. This is normal, the system temporarily hides the record while the update is under review. We check and update these daily, but if you need the information live urgently please get in touch.
3. If you don’t have the correct permissions to edit your organisations details, you won’t see the edit links / buttons as described above. Please get in touch with your Member Contact, who will be able to review and update the information for you or give you the correct permissions to edit the information. You can find your Member Contact details in My account > Summary > and scroll to Membership.
