These instructions are to help you edit/update your organisation's Directory of Services profile.
1. Log in to the Clinks website
Right click here and select the option "open link in new tab". This will direct you to the login page, while allowing you to keep this instructions page open for reference. You will see the login box on the right hand side of the screen when you follow the link.
If you do not know your login details and the site will not let you reset your password, this is because you have not previously registered on the Clinks website (even though you may receive our emails). In this case, you will need to register for a new account (this is the left hand side option when you follow the link).
2. Edit your Directory profile
There are two ways to edit your organisation’s profile:
A. Through ‘My account’:
- Click on ‘My account’ in the top toolbar, and scroll down to ‘Organisations’
- Click ‘Manage’
- If you have permission to edit your organisation's entry, click the ‘Edit’ option on the right hand side of your organisation's name
- A form will appear to allow you to edit your organisation’s details
- Once you have finished making changes to your Directory profile, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the form.
B. Through the Directory:
- Go to the Directory and search for your organisation
- If you have permission to edit your organisation's entry, an ‘Edit’ option will appear on the right hand side of your organisation's name. Click edit to start editing your entry
- A form will appear to allow you to edit your organisation’s details
- Once you have finished making changes to your Directory profile, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the form.
You may not have the permission to edit your organisation's entry yet. If this is the case, please email membership@clinks.org and we will change your settings.
