We specialise in finding jobs in the hospitality industry for anyone who is or has been homeless, an ex-offender or a vulnerable veteran.Through a close working relationship with the Ministry of Justice, we liaise with New Futures Network Job Brokers & in-prison coaches from the DWP. We hold pre-release recruitment affairs and are about to commence a strategy whereby our partner employers embark on joint projects with selected prisons both in terms of skills delivery and capital investment. The sponsorship of kitchens will be a key part of the strategy. We are also working in partnership with the key custodial education providers including Novus and Sodexo and of the 108 UK prisons, have identified 58 prisons which provide pre-release training & education covering hospitality
